The National Patient Advocate Foundation, with founding support by US Oncology, has established AccessWatch. AccessWatch is an initiative of the Global Access Project, a research and data collection service involving individuals and organizations throughout the cancer community.

The Community Oncology Alliance is a proactive grassroots alliance of community cancer practices across the country that was formed to advocate for and to achieve balanced Medicare reimbursement reform. In the process, COA wants to halt the destructive reimbursement cuts that threaten to dismantle the cancer care delivery system in the United States.
